Pass the Message! nah...chill

This is my "Gripe" blog for the week...

Don't you hate people that always are up in other peoples' business and then put it on blast whenever they get a chance to? I mean, WTF. To the Al Roker's and Brenda Blackmon's out there, does it make your day brighter to blow up your friends' spot? It must, cuz lately some sheisty sht has been going down (names shall not be used).

Now for all you REAL Greeks out there, you know all about "passing the fckin message...or ELSE!" But, but, but... there are certain situations and circumstances, that this command need not apply, especially if it is at the expense of your closest "brothers" and "sisters." Clearly, if the true source tells you some "juicy" info in an open forum type session where everyone knows already, then it most not be that secretive. But if the true source never spoke a word to you, but you here some stories from random peeps & d.a. Mayor chillin' on the corner of Central Square downing some Jack and even start to speculate and spread the rumor yourself, you just make matters worse! Why do you feel the need to put someone's business on FRONT ST. and ACROSS the STREET?! It would be wise for you to first consult the true source to remove any doubt from your mind.

It's exactly like playin' that childhood game "telephone." The initial message could be like "Jack and Jill walked up the hill" and by the time you get to the end of the line it would be "Jack and Jill walked up the street, bought a dime bag from Hustle Man, and smoked that sht till they had sex and passed out." Essentially, this is what happens throughout the many cycles of the good ol' Rumor Mill. You're just adding more "water" and generating more buzz to the actual situation.

Just remember...It's definitely not a good look for you or the person you're spreading rumors about (even if they are true...SO THE FCK WHAT!) Fall back...twice.

Quote of the Week:

"Don't be wastin' time sittin' at the concession stand talkin' to da fat man...Just float, float, and float..." - Jerome from Martin
